Instructions:
Before you begin the LIHEAP appointment/application process, you MUST have the following information available:
- Your Social Security Number (SSN).
- Your income information.
- Your energy/electric provider and current bill information.
- If you have additional household members, you will need their SSN and income information.
Appointments are held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month between 8:00am – 1:00am.
Appointment booking is available online between 8am and midnight.
Available dates are indicated on the calendar in RED. Select a date and you will see available times for that day.
After you submit your appointment request you will be required to complete the LIHEAP Application for the county you reside in.
During the COVID crisis, we are not taking online appointments. To schedule an appointment for LIHEAP call 941-827-0188 option 1 and a receptionist will secure an appointment for you.
