Instructions:
Before you begin the LIHEAP appointment/application process, you MUST have the following information available:
- Your Social Security Number (SSN).
- Your income information.
- Your energy/electric provider and current bill information.
- If you have additional household members, you will need their SSN and income information.
Appointments are held weekdays between 8:00am – 11:00am.
Appointment booking is available online between 8am and midnight.
How to make an online appointment (please read all instructions before proceeding):
1. Complete the required fields: name, phone, zip code, and email.
2. Select the available day. It will be red. If no dates are showing in red, all available appointments are booked so please try again the following day.
3. After selecting the available day, select an available time. On occasion, no available times will appear. This means all appointments have been booked and there was a bit of a delay in the website refreshing.
4. If you have entered an email, you will receive an email confirmation. *Please make a note of your appointment day and time. You will receive a call from a Client Services Specialist and if you are not available, your appointment will be canceled.
5. An online application must be completed within 24 hours of scheduling your appointment. The link will appear after you have booked your appointment *If not completed, your appointment may be canceled.
Your appointment request will be reviewed to make sure you meet minimum eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you will be notified, and your appointment may be canceled
